My readings.

Reading is one of my great passions, especially fantasy and science fiction. Brandon Sanderson, Barbara Hambly, Sarah J. Maas and Matt Dinniman are among my favourite authors. There's also room on my shelves for light thrillers, like Juan Gómez-Jurado's Red Queen universe, and for the biting critiques of capitalism by John Scalzi or Chuck Palahniuk.

The reading information shown here comes from an app I built myself and host on my home server. It automatically collects my reads, both on Kindle and on paper (I add the paper ones by hand). Every reread counts as one more read, because going back to a book you love deserves to be recorded too. I'll write about the app and how it works on the blog at some point.

And if you're into books, follow me on Goodreads and let's talk about them. There's always a book to recommend, one more to add to the TBR pile and an opinion to share.

If you also enjoy fantasy, science fiction or horror, you can't miss the Celsius 232 festival in Avilés. Every year it brings loads of authors to the heart of the town for five days, in an atmosphere full of good vibes, smiles, books and, of course, queues to get a signature and a photo with your favourite writers. The festival is free and has a Patreon if you'd like to support it. I've been a patron since 2025.

Oh, and if you're interested in The Hobbit, don't miss my collection of editions in different languages. It keeps growing thanks to my friends' travels!
